	Andy and Janet Johnston Andy and Janet moved to Hailsham to lead ChristChurch in March 2006.Andy is the lead elder so his role encompasses lots of different areas - no week is the same! Janet is a primary school teacher and also leads many key aspects of church life.
	Paul and Janet Tack Paul spends 4 days a week as a Health and Safety Advisor for the Shaftesbury Society and Janet works with people with special needs. They are passionate about building the local church.
